Is RMS really free?
Yes — RMS is free for up to 2 cars, with no time limit. Paid plans (Basic, Standard, Premium) only come in when your fleet grows, and you can cancel anytime.
How do I change or cancel my plan?
Manage everything from Google Play → Subscriptions. Upgrading or switching adjusts your existing subscription instead of starting a second one, so you're never billed twice.
Is my data safe?
Each company's data is private and isolated from every other company. Passwords are hashed with bcrypt, and all traffic between the app and our server is encrypted over HTTPS.
Can my staff use it too?
Yes. Add runners so your staff can manage bookings alongside you — you approve who joins, and you can suspend or remove anyone at any time.
What can I track in the app?
Bookings (upcoming, out now, overdue and completed), each car's status, road-tax and insurance reminders, monthly revenue, and your top-earning cars — all in one place.
Which devices does it support?
